Senior Project Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the development and operation of a new gold mining project in central Congo. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a professional skilled in mine engineering and project management. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing the construction of the mine and its processing facilities, managing operations, leading a multicultural team and optimizing production processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining project management, preferably in gold mining
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
• Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Familiarity with mining regulations, environmental compliance, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in French and/or local languages is an advantage
• Fluent in English is a must.
